Adidas Hoth Skate High Star Wars CLOT Collabo!

Posted by maskixs12 on Mar 15, 2010 in Adidas

Just as we thought the Adidas Star Wars Collabos were over a new one comes into play, this time its with Adidas New Sneaker The Hoth Skate Highs! For those who are unfamiliar, the creative concept behind the Hoth Skate High lies in Hoth, the sixth planet of the remote Hoth system. It is a planet drenched in snow and ice, and sports various noons. In The Empire Strikes Back, the Rebel Alliance relocates to Hoth after the victorious Battle of Yavin. More specifically, the shoes take design inspiration from the Rebel Alliance and the snowsuits they don on HOTH.

The Adidas Hoth Skate High consists of a mix of smooth and quilted tan suede panels and feature fur-lined accents in both the heel stripe and the lining. Of course, branding on the heel tab and special Star Wars logo (on soles and on the inside of tongue).

adidas TS Supernatural Commander + Creator – St. Patrick’s Day PE

Posted by koutrouby on Mar 12, 2010 in Adidas

Joining the St. Patrick’s Day PE party is adidas and its two main basketball models, the adidas Supernatural Commander and Supernatural Creator. One can expect Dwight Howard and Kevin Garnett to wear the Supernatural PE, while T-Mac’s Creator should match well with the Knicks St. Patty’s Day uniforms that have become somewhat of a tradition. St. Patrick’s Day is obviously known for raucous alcohol-fests, but doesn’t beer always make you feel Supernatural?

Reebok Pump Respect Pack 2

Posted by koutrouby on Mar 12, 2010 in Reebok

All Reebok is askin’ for is a little respect. The song made famous by Aretha Franklin applies to Reebok, which at one point could bang down low with the big boys. Some of Reebok’s best models were as popular (if not more so) than Nikes and Jordans; the early 90s were all about Jordans, Nike Flight, and Reebok Pumps. As children, we’re taught to respect our elders, so as sneaker-heads, it’s time to pay homage to three of the greatest designs of 90s footwear, the Reebok Pump Omni Lite, Insta Pump Fury, and Court Victory Pump. The Reebok Pump Respect Pack celebrates 20 years of the Pump by releasing the three aforementioned sneakers in great colourways – so consider this part deux after the Respect Pack first released in late 2009.

adidas Originals Top Ten – Stormtrooper

Posted by koutrouby on Mar 12, 2010 in Adidas

Star Wars would be a shoe-in if one created a list of the top ten greatest films in history. “Shoe-in” and “Top Ten” is the idea for this latest adidas Originals, which features the Stormtroopers on the side of a Top Ten. The Stormtrooper graphic is a lot more prevalent in this pair compared to the last pair invaded by the Stormtroopers – the adidas Superstar Stormtrooper.
