Sneakercon this Saturday that just passed on 10/16/10 was a memorable day because of all the vendors, sneaker fans, friends, and mixing from DJ Petey Complex and DJ Leo Rodri which made the day a lot more interesting. On Saturday many people left lasting impressions on us and we appreciate all the love we got at our table. If you missed out on sneaker con last Saturday this is what we did, we lowered the price of our kicks for one day only just for the sneaker con event, we handed out free Citysole accessories, and we held a raffle where you could of won free shoes and accessories (which the winners will be posted on our home page today). Yesterday we showed you two Nike SB Blazers which we mentioned were slated for a release within the coming months. One of those very SB Blazers can be seen here in the lineup of Nike SB January 2010 Releases. As they have been doing for quite a few months now, besides for a Quickstrike here and there, Nike SB sticks to simplicity when it comes to the releases for the month on January. To kick 2010 off they will drop a Khaki/Boulder SB Stefan Janoski, an Obsidian/Varsity Red SB Bruin, the Noble Green/Razzle SB Blazer we showed you yesterday, a Deep Burgundy SB Classic High, a Black/Metallic Platinum SB, a Black/White SB Dunk Mid and finally a SB Dunk High also in Black/White.

In a new pack out of Nike Sportswear, we examine the 3GX Series collection. Over the three-shoe pack, each style shares similar traits in black-leather uppers and white outsoles. The slightest hint of color comes courtesy of a single green eyelet and a leather patch on the tongue. Three styles include the Air Macropus, Blazer Mid ‘09 and the Air Zoom Tennis Classic. The pack has begun hitting select retailers around the world.

Previewed are two new designs from the Nike Sportswear footwear collection for Spring 2010. A sneaker which has garnered wide acclaim, the Air Maxim 1 receives further advanced treatment with the addition of Nike’s newly developed Torch technology. Both pairs feature white, black, and orange colorways which work quite well within the new platforms.

The idea behind the Nike RT1 High stems from Nike’s desire to create “the poor man’s Air Yeezy”. Well, at least some observers would say that, and if it is true, then the idea seems to be working, as the shoe’ popularity is growing. We’ve already featured several colorways, and here is one of the latest.

This time around, the shoe utilizes a dark cinder color on the [leather] upper, while varsity maize accents outline the Nike swoosh, and can be seen on the tongue tag and outsole. They are available overseas and selling for $108, but should be making their way over to the states soon.

Slated for a 2010 release, these spanking silver moon boots feature a retro ‘Kass 82’ space mission badge on the heel, giant flag patches on the tongue and an icy blue translucent outsole revealing a techy space-age inlay. Tune in to Nike Snowboarding’s official mini site to follow the mission… there’s some pretty funny video featuring Major Kass as he trains for the mission with trusty sidekick Champ the Chimp (who can resist a chimpanzee in uniform?)

Just like the eye-shattering goodness of Huf’s Air Max Current, the porky meat merchants down in NYC at Dave’s Quality Meats get to chew some fat off the bone with their take on Nike’s new hybrid vehicle. Using their signature ‘bacon’ colourway, it’s the triple header shoe which will boggle minds. Take a classic Air Max 90, add a FREE sole and then twist it all off with an Huarache heel strap (with faux Flywire) but don’t forget the neoprene tongue! How’s that for a bacon sandwich? Patta, you’ve done it again! Without taking a breather from the money shot wonder that was the white/green banger we put up last week, the Amsterdam dukes hit us with this purple cookie eater complete with corduroy uppers, perforated suede and denim panels. Blazing it all off with some fresh pops, these will drop 28th November.

Days after our run-down of the best Bred Jordans, Nike gives us another classic sneaker in the same classic colorway. These Blazers keep things simple, using the proven combination.

Black suede makes up the entire upper here, while another matte finish material helps the black Swoosh pop off the same colored background. The lower mudguard, which wraps around the entire bottom of the uppers, is also black. The first you noticed about these was definitely the sport red vulcanized sole, which matches the liner. You may recall that this sneaker released in Europe some time ago. But the Nike Air Maxim 1 Trainer has finally landed stateside, and is available now at select retailers including Proper, giving US ‘heads a shot at their own pair.

Mixing the colorway, and signature strap, from the classic “Chlorophyll” Air Trainer with the updated Air  Maxim 1, this one possesses a grey, black, white and green colorway. The forefoot strap stems directly from the aforementioned Trainer, while the Nike+ system is far more recent. Does this mix of old and new have you after a pair of your own?

We have shown you this sneaker on a number of occasions; yet, this may be the most detailed photos to date. It contains a two-tone base similar to the Air Jordan 6 “Carmines”. The two tones on this shoe are, not only differentiated by color, but also by texture. The black sections are done up in suede, while the predominance of the upper features white leather. NEW @ CITYSOLE – Air Jordan L’Style One Ginger/Dark Cinder. The L’style is breaking new ground for the Jordan brand. Straying away from the more traditional sneaker route, Jordan brand is now attempting to break into the casual shoe market. I’ve been noticing more and more casual Jordan’s pop up and these are by far one of their more interesting designs. The look of these almost resemble a motorcycle boot, but still incorporate useful elements such as the air bubble in the midsole, and the velcro leather straps across the laces.  This specific pair feature a “ginger” upper, with a tan midsole, and a dark cinder flexible ankle region in order to make getting in and out of these easier. Just in @ Citysole the flint grey/cherrywood Air Jordan Winterized Spiz’ikes (link below). And I thought the black/yellow winterized spizike’s were a risky colorway.. These are definitely breaking new ground on crazy color combo’s for a winter boot. These winterized spizike’s feature a chunky sole for harsh weather conditions and are semi-waterproof (up to two inches). They have rounded laces to embody the look of a boot more than a sneaker. Adidas hi tops have been making a comeback recently. The most recent pair I posted up we’re the 60th anniversary stars + stripes edition. These feature a perforated ankle with the majority of the shoe is “air force blue” with white accents along the sides and back of the shoe..
