Sneakercon this Saturday that just passed on 10/16/10 was a memorable day because of all the vendors, sneaker fans, friends, and mixing from DJ Petey Complex and DJ Leo Rodri which made the day a lot more interesting. On Saturday many people left lasting impressions on us and we appreciate all the love we got at our table. If you missed out on sneaker con last Saturday this is what we did, we lowered the price of our kicks for one day only just for the sneaker con event, we handed out free Citysole accessories, and we held a raffle where you could of won free shoes and accessories (which the winners will be posted on our home page today). BOTANIKA release a new high-top sneaker this season. The two-tone sneaker’s main design point is long-extending Velcro strap that criss-crosses the tongue. The boot’s shape is reminiscent of some past Rick Owens offerings with its clunky shape and silhouette.

A Bathing Ape’s Bapesta has seen numerous iterations over its lifetime as the most recent release features the following Foil pack. Five different colors each include a similar tonal upper with white laces. A release for BAPE New York and BAPE Los Angeles is slated for Saturday, November 21st. Here is a look Street Sneaker from Louis Vuitton, as earlier this week we the Louis Vuitton Sunlight sneaker coming from the Winter 2009 collection. This silhouette as the Street Sneaker comes in a high top and low top, with an embossed LV monogram as well as the Damier checkerboard pattern. Of course there is premium leather and suede were used as the medium for these shoes. Patent leather accents are seen in the Damier versions contrasting off the premium suede to box and side panels. These are coming just in time for swag season

Tokyo’s Kinetics have brought on some heavy hitters for their Fall/Winter 2009 collection with collaboration with Timberland, New Era and the King of Diggin’ DJ Muro. This Timberland is also part of their 6th anniversary exclusive item that is sold exclusively at Kinetics.

The 7 hole boots have been covered in DJ Muro’s signature colors Black/Green/Red with black nubuck covering the majority of the upper. On the tongue and side panels feature flannel pattern in black/green/red wool fabric sourced in Japan and on the inner lining and insoles they have used premium leather not missing a detail. Even on the soles the details have not been dismissed with red midsole, green stitching and black outsole. Finishing the boots off are the gold logos and eyelets adding extra premium touch.

Also produced as part of this collection is the Kinetics x DJ Muro x New Era Dogear Military cap with the same flannel pattern with gold logos which is fitting as DJ Muro is known for his headear as well as his beats. Completing the extensive collection are some outerwear by Kinetics with matching aesthetics in the form of Zip Up Parka and Long Sleeve Tee featuring black bodies and flannel detailing.

UNDERCOVER’s Ankle Boots come in as sort of a contemporary take on the classic engineer boot. The usual clunky roundtoe profile of the traditional engineer style is paired with some more innovative touches including a series of straps. The boot’s upper is marked by the use of leather with a contrasting crepe outsole.

Lacoste are about to return to center court, this time with a new doubles partner – LimitEDitions of Barcelona. The two have teamed up to revive the Indiana High, an impossibly high-topped tennis shoe buried deep in the Lacoste vaults. Tennis aficionados may recognize the Missouri midsole, but from the ground floor up you’d swear these were made for ballin’ of a different kind.  The creamy pastel upper gives the shoe a whiff of faded ‘80s retro glory without roughing things up too much. Topped of with the LimitEDitions crest embossed deep into the buttery tongue these will be available in his-and-hers colourways on October 3rd.

Check out Bruna from chicksinkicks.com, hitting an interesting pose w/ a pair of Lebron’s. I’d be more interested in the pose if the shoes were lowered a few inches… These guys definitely have a nice niche in the marketplace. I am especially fond of their calendars, I’m looking at one as we speak. It features a bikini-clad redhead sporting a pair of dunks. Keep up the good work guys..

Attention air trainer fans!! NEW colorways dropping in the summer of 2010. These shoes are dulled down a bit but are definitely fresh and clean looking. These are a nice addition to the current SC color-ways we have. I think the reason Nike got a little less complex with the color way is to appeal to a wider audience. Be sure to check citysole.com regularly for new products and release dates. Stay Clean.

The Air Structure Triax 91 seems to come out with some of the dopest colorways, and this one is of no exception.  With a more subtle attitude, the black suede upper rests upon a polka dotted mesh underlay.  Most of the pop comes from the bottom up, with a bright pink and purple conturing along and air bridge and sole.  The light grey midsole creates a nice barrier to balance between the top and bottom’s tonal differences.  Be on the lookout along with all the other dope Nikes dropping Spring 2010.

Nike Air Total Max uptempo in the White/Midnight/Navy color-way is a crispy clean version of the classic C-Webb Shoe. Full Grain leather combined with Navy blue iridescent accents providing a clean look for the season. Get em’ while they’re hot. Citysole will be shipping these hot kicks out as soon as September 7th. We don’t like to wait so why should you? We’re selling for $20 cheaper than most retailers @ $140.00.

Introducing some of their timeless classics to a newer crowd, as of late, Nike continues their retro craze with the return of the Medicine Ball Air Trainer III. The kicks, just one on a list of highly sought after Trainer III colorways, combine a medicine ball-colored leather upper mixed with white perforated panels and navy blue accents. Retailing for $110, the kicks should see a release in August 2009 at Nike retail locations.

Official pictures have surfaced for the upcoming Air Jordan 7 DMP 60+ Pack.  The 60+ Pack features sneakers Michael Jordan wore during games he scored over 60 points.  This Air Jordan 7 Pack represents the Orlando/Bulls game back in ‘93.  The first pair pictures is the Orlando colorway which looks very similar to the Air Jordan 7 Retro “French Blue”.  The tongue features a pinstripe design.  The second pair is the classic “Raptors” Air Jordan 7 Retro colorway which is the same pair MJ wore during the ‘93 game.  Look for the Air Jordan DMP 7 Retro Pack to release on August 22nd 2009.

It seems as though the rumors of no more Retros coming out was not completely true.  Brand Jordan seems to be pumping out Retros just as often as they used to, and I think with more thought on the new colorways they release.  I’m actually liking these V’s (not that much though).  The upper uses a dope white patent leather with Dark Army contrast stitching.  The side panel clear netting is still clear, but the bottom of the sole has been changed to a translucent orange from just an Icy clear sole.  The interior lining includes a colorful pattern which is a nice change of pace from the clean and quiet exterior.  There is still not much information on the release date, but definitely keep an eye out.
